No Noah not all the time it gets dark early, only for a month and in the summer with srping and fall sports.

I disagree becuase it would be the students fault if they knew that they can sleep in and deside to stay up late. If i knew i had school at 9 i would still keep the same sleeping routine so therefore it is the student that is responsible for there actions of stay up late.
